Motorcycle Accidents
Riders injured by drivers who didn't see them or failed to yield.
Motorcyclists have no steel frame protecting them. When a driver doesn't see them or fails to yield, the consequences are fractures, head injuries, and months of recovery.
Insurance companies also tend to start from a bias: that the rider was at fault. We fight that stigma with evidence — accident reconstruction, witnesses, and medical records — to prove what really happened and recover the compensation you're owed.
Cases we handle
- Drivers turning left without yielding
- Lane changes without seeing the rider
- Distracted drivers or texting behind the wheel
- Car doors opened into the roadway
- Dangerous road conditions
- Crashes caused by drunk drivers
What to do if this happened to you
- 1
Report the accident and get medical attention immediately.
- 2
Keep your helmet, gear, and bike exactly as they are — they're evidence.
- 3
Take photos of the scene and get witness information.
- 4
Don't admit fault or give statements to the other insurer.
- 5
Talk to an attorney before negotiating anything.
